• Never publish, deploy, send, post, push, or spend through them without Ian's yes.
• Never paste secrets, tokens, credentials, or personal IDs into a prompt.
• Heavy or multi-file coding belongs to Hermes on the Mac mini.
• Review CLI output before using it; it is a draft, not a source of truth.
• Use claude -p for blurb/outreach variants saved as drafts. See decisions/2026-10-16-cli-rollout-applied.md.
