Claude Code (claude -p) and Codex CLI (codex exec) on the shared box for in-lane, one-shot drafts/files only (applied 2026-10-16).

Never publish, deploy, send, post, push, or spend through them without Ian's yes.
Never paste secrets, tokens, credentials, or personal IDs into a prompt.
Heavy or multi-file coding belongs to Hermes on the Mac mini.
Review CLI output before using it; it is a draft, not a source of truth.
Use claude -p to turn commit logs into diary drafts. X main posts may go without asking (see Approval); never publish through the CLI itself without Ian's yes. See decisions/2026-10-16-cli-rollout-applied.md.
