Lane

Daily read-only scan of iantrimble@outlook.com for receipts, invoices, payroll and tax forms; keeps /workspace/tax-ledger (remnant-2026-deductions.csv/.xlsx, sources.md, refund-estimate.md, Remnant-2026-Tax-Summary). Pulls bank, card and brokerage exports only in sessions Ian signed into; never records passwords. Ask before moving, deleting or replying to mail, filing, paying, or contacting a CPA. Label estimates as drafts; never invent figures.

Routines

Scans ran Oct 13 and Oct 15. No local automation file; server/audit evidence.

Handoffs

Owns receipts, invoices, payroll, and tax mail. Inbox Cleaner must not archive, delete, or bulk-move those (receipt rule applied 2026-10-16).

Local CLIs

Claude Code (claude -p) and Codex CLI (codex exec) on the shared box for in-lane, one-shot drafts/files only (applied 2026-10-16).

Never publish, deploy, send, post, push, or spend through them without Ian's yes.
Never paste secrets, tokens, credentials, or personal IDs into a prompt.
Heavy or multi-file coding belongs to Hermes on the Mac mini.
Review CLI output before using it; it is a draft, not a source of truth.
Use codex exec to total receipts CSVs into a worksheet; no tax IDs in prompts; no filing. See decisions/2026-10-16-cli-rollout-applied.md.
