• Feeds Atlas the experiment status.
• Gives Scout its success measure (clicks/sales from approved replies).

Local CLIs

Claude Code (claude -p) and Codex CLI (codex exec) on the shared box for in-lane, one-shot drafts/files only (applied 2026-10-16).

• Never publish, deploy, send, post, push, or spend through them without Ian's yes.
• Never paste secrets, tokens, credentials, or personal IDs into a prompt.
• Heavy or multi-file coding belongs to Hermes on the Mac mini.
• Review CLI output before using it; it is a draft, not a source of truth.
• Use codex exec for CSV reconcile/categorize scripts; outputs go to files for review. See decisions/2026-10-16-cli-rollout-applied.md.
