2026-10-15: Claude Code and Codex CLI on the box

Status: installed. Guardrails accepted and applied to 12 bot profiles (2026-10-16 ~12:18–12:25 AM CT). Default models only. Decision: Claude Code 2.1.301 and Codex CLI 0.163.0 are on the shared box for in-lane, one-shot draft work. Guardrails (accepted and applied): drafts and files only; no publish, send, push, or spend; no secrets in prompts; heavy coding goes to Hermes. Models: use each tool's default model; no model pins (see decisions/2026-10-16-cli-default-models.md). State: applied — see decisions/2026-10-16-cli-rollout-applied.md.
