2026-10-10: Shepherd retired

Status: accepted (Ian). Decision: Shepherd (Herdr shepherd) does no work and runs no routines. Hermes covers coding-agent work (box Hermes confirmed 2026-10-16; Mac mini Hermes unverified while the box is off the tailnet). Efficiency Architect was retired the same day: no profile remains; it is listed as retired only so Warden does not flag it. X Agent became X Bookmarks. Ian may delete Shepherd later. Source: Shepherd profile, Warden roster notes.
