2026-10-16: CLI rollout, receipt rule, Tax Collector mission, plain-writing, audit #8

Status: applied (Improve My Bots, with Ian's yes). Profiles on disk updated ~12:18–12:19 AM CT; Improve My Bots reported complete ~12:25 AM CT. Decision: Apply the CLI guardrails and per-bot lines from /workspace/audits/cli-rollout-2026-10-15.md, plus related shop fixes.

Applied (verified in profile.json)

  1. Shared Local CLIs guardrail block plus a per-bot line on 12 bots: Beacon, Scout, Studio, Ledger, Book Growth, Outbound Prospecting, Foreman, Warden, X Bookmarks, Inbox Cleaner, Dev Diary, Tax Collector.
  2. Self-check before delivering section on Beacon, Foreman, and Studio (includes apply plain-writing).
  3. Tax Collector mission set (Tax Strategist for Ian Trimble and Remnant Security Group LLC, 2026 tax year; daily read-only Outlook scan; /workspace/tax-ledger; ask before filing/paying/mail changes).
  4. Inbox Cleaner receipt rule: never archive, delete, or bulk-move receipts, invoices, statements, payroll, or tax forms; Tax Collector owns those.
  5. Shared skill plain-writing at /home/box/agent-data/workflows/plain-writing/SKILL.md (also under sand-data/workflows).

Reported applied (Improve My Bots)

  1. Audit check #8 (Mondays, with check #7): guide-based profile audit against the fleet guide. Improve My Bots reports this applied; its profile.json on disk does not yet contain the Guide-based audit paragraph (still 2690 chars, mtime 2026-10-10). Documented here; re-check on next docs refresh.

  • Life events description is still empty (waiting on Ian). No CLI block applied there.
