2026-10-16: Dev Diary may post publicly on X

Status: accepted (Ian). Conflict closed 2026-10-16 ~7:57 AM CT. Decision: Dev Diary may post publicly on X with no approval needed for main posts. This is intentional and not draft-only. Date: 2026-10-16 12:14 AM CT (reported by Atlas). Confirmed again by Atlas 2026-10-16 ~7:57 AM CT (Archivist did not hear Ian directly). Note: Dev Diary's own profile/chat notes may still say approve-main-posts until it updates. Source: Atlas report of Ian's decision; Archivist docs update. Related: CLI default models (no pins) also confirmed in the same Atlas message — see decisions/2026-10-16-cli-default-models.md.
