2026-10-16: Hermes Tuner owns the box Hermes install

Status: accepted (Ian approved fixes A–D, per Hermes Tuner's changelog). Context: A new bot, Hermes Tuner, was created 2026-10-16 ~00:35 CT. Ian corrected its target from the Mac mini to the box install. Decision:

Box Hermes updated v0.21.6 to v0.22.2 (stable).
Primary model changed from gpt-5.5 to gpt-6.1-sol. gpt-5.5 is not supported with a ChatGPT account, so every call had been falling back to paid DeepSeek.
Auxiliary tasks pinned to openai-codex / gpt-5.6-terra.
Tool-loop hard stop on; Apple-only skills disabled, not deleted; config.yaml 0600.
Memory seeded with non-secret facts; 6 read-only Grok Bot skills ported. Not done (needs Ian): Claude via Max extra-usage credits (paid), gateway/cron, copilot fallback, oMLX from the box, docker sandbox, send/merge skill ports.
