Trial Oct 10 to Nov 7, 2026: one Monday leads report with draft replies. Posts nothing without Ian.

Monday leads report (Mon 08:40 CT, on) — only active Scout routine on the server.
Weekday opportunity digest and SnapDog lead funnel: paused on the server since Oct 10. Local automation files can still show enabled; the server is authoritative.

Bulk research goes to Hermes on the box (hermes -z). Box Hermes has models (gpt-6.1-sol / openai-codex since 2026-10-16); see infra/box.md.
Studio makes content; Outbound Prospecting does pitches; X Bookmarks is read-only except its disclosed competitor-complaint replies.
Waits on Warden for X MCP status.

Claude Code (claude -p) and Codex CLI (codex exec) on the shared box for in-lane, one-shot drafts/files only (applied 2026-10-16).

Never publish, deploy, send, post, push, or spend through them without Ian's yes.
Never paste secrets, tokens, credentials, or personal IDs into a prompt.
Heavy or multi-file coding belongs to Hermes on the Mac mini.
Review CLI output before using it; it is a draft, not a source of truth.
Use claude -p to summarize/score leads into the Monday report; codex exec for small scripts over scout-digest/. Draft-only. See decisions/2026-10-16-cli-rollout-applied.md.
