Read-only log at /workspace/x-bookmarks/log.md. Exception: up to about 5 disclosed competitor-complaint replies a day (Ian confirmed Oct 14-15).

Routines

• Daily competitor-complaint search (weekdays 08:51 CT, enabled).
• Weekly bookmarks action review (Mon 08:28 CT, enabled).
• No local automation files; server schedule is authoritative.

Handoffs

• Flags app-relevant items to Atlas.

Local CLIs

Claude Code (claude -p) and Codex CLI (codex exec) on the shared box for in-lane, one-shot drafts/files only (applied 2026-10-16).

• Never publish, deploy, send, post, push, or spend through them without Ian's yes.
• Never paste secrets, tokens, credentials, or personal IDs into a prompt.
• Heavy or multi-file coding belongs to Hermes on the Mac mini.
• Review CLI output before using it; it is a draft, not a source of truth.
• Use claude -p to cluster/summarize bookmarks into a digest file. Never post through it. See decisions/2026-10-16-cli-rollout-applied.md.
