Outside the automation files
- ZCode (Mac side): ACTIVITY.md refresh at 23:00 nas, 23:10 ext.
- Tax Collector: scans ran Oct 13 and Oct 15 (no local automation file; server/audit evidence).
- Warden: runs on every chat open. Its automations folder is empty.
- Hermes Tuner (new 2026-10-16): weekly improvement pass per its profile. No local automation file; server state unverified.
- Box Hermes has no cron jobs and no gateway (Hermes Tuner audit 2026-10-16). Mac mini Hermes has 6 cron jobs in
~/.hermes/cron/jobs.json(Warden).
