Single master list of open work for the shop. Maintained by Archivist.
Built 2026-10-16 ~00:10 CT by an Atlas executor (read-only scan of the mini plus box notes). Archivist took ownership 2026-10-16 ~00:16 CT: retired OPEN_ITEMS.md into this file, and keeps it updated on the weekday docs refresh (move items to Done with dates; flag anything unchanged for more than a week). Include this file in the ~/projects/grokbot sync on the mini.
App-priority board: Foreman's ~/projects/PROJECTS.md on the Mac mini — Foreman's single canonical root is AIMacMini:~/projects (restored profile, 2026-10-16). Link to it; do not copy it here.

8:52 PM CT: Foreman live profile matches docs on NAS — Improve My Bots updated only the NAS clause (NAS edits allowed generally, canonical AIMacMini:/projects, protected sections kept) and reported a fresh smoke Index. Archivist re-read profile.json and updated bots/foreman.md; no Index transcript found on disk. See bots/foreman.md. - 10-16 8:04 PM CT: NAS rule settled, per Ian (confirmed in the Archivist chat, answering the widget). All NAS edits are allowed now; the single canonical root stays

(2026-10-16 7:30 PM CT, Archivist chat). That widening was later reported by Warden (~7:31 PM CT) and confirmed by Ian in the Archivist chat at 8:04 PM CT — settled, see the entries above.
